This course is designed to train emergency service personnel who respond to rope related incidents. This course includes Hazard Recognition, Scene Control, and Management Operations, care and use of Rescue Rope, Knots, Anchor Points, Patient Packaging and Rescue Litter, Litter movement in a Low Angle environment, Rescue Hardware, Mechanical Advantage Systems and
Rescuer Safety. This training is in accordance with NFPA 1670/1006 Rope Rescue Operations Standards.
