Todd has 25 years experience in the Fire/Rescue service. He is a Pennsylvania Emergency Medical Technician and served in several capacities as a Lieutenant through Fire Chief. Todd has been providing Water Safety Education since 1997. He is a former Deputy Sheriff/Field Training Officer with the York County Sheriff’s Officer, York, PA.
Todd has an Associate Degree in Specialized Business – Public Safety & Security Administration and graduated from the Deputy Sheriff’s Training Academy at Penn State University.
