This four-in-one rescue tool was designed for ice and aquatic rescues. The sling floats and can reach up to 6 feet when extended out straight. You can clip the hook to the ring and it becomes a high float sling victims can pull over their heads. Slip the tube behind the victim and under their arms, then use the web loop to lift them into the boat. You are also able to secure the smallest of victims by slipping the hook through the loop and tightening down. When each end is connected to a line, it is an effective floating boom to stretch across a river, canal or pond and can be maneuvered from the banks.
